The 3 Modes · Your Action Plan
One task to do faster. One decision to pressure-test. One thing to create. Fill it in on your phone - you keep it.
Almost everything on your plate is one of two things. List a few real tasks and tap how each one leans - manual power (repeatable, low-judgment) or brain power (thinking, deciding, weighing). This sort becomes your action plan.
For each mode: the task, the first step, the day this week. You don't need all three - start where it's obvious.
A task it can take off your plate.
A real call it can pressure-test.
An output it drafts so you skip the blank page.
If you opened one page each morning, what would it show you? Write down 3 to 5 things - don't worry about how yet. (Today's top 3, who's waiting on you, next meeting prep, what shipped…)
Turn inspiration into one concrete pilot: one mode, one outcome, one first step.
One mode. One behavior. A short window.
Questions, ideas, things to follow up on - whatever didn't fit above.
Your starter kit and a bonus tool - open or download to keep.
